Nature for All: Powered by Our Annual 5K

Supporting Tyndale’s Mission to Make Nature Accessible for Everyone

On May 4th, we gathered at Riverside Park for our annual 5K Race in support of charitable causes close to our hearts. Each year, we select a beneficiary and program to run in honour of, and this year we chose to support Tyndale St-Georges Nature for All. Thanks to your generosity, together we raised $10,700 to help give the gift of nature to everyone.

From canoeing to paddle boating, kids experienced new adventures, built independence, and created joyful memories on the water.

Tyndale was able to organize three exciting opportunities this summer:

  • Family Camp Weekend: 24 families (including 58 children and 46 adults) attended Camp Amy Molson, where they could strengthen their relationships and partake in activities like canoeing.

  • Youth Overnight Camp: 20 kids and teens developed independence and deepened their connections with the outdoors.

  • July Day Camp: 75 children participated in team-building activities and learned about environmental awareness.

Campers gathered in the garden to learn, discover, and connect with the outdoors.

Your donations covered transportation, meals, lodging, and programming, removing barriers and making nature accessible. For many participants, this was their first experience camping or travelling outside of the Greater Montreal core. You have helped cultivate a love for the outdoors and created lasting memories for families and youth.
